CGR, J. W.P.No.14317 of 2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made choice of three places viz., Mangalagiri, Prathipadu and Chilakaluripeta in terms of clause 4(i) of G.O.Ms.No.23 Finance (HR.I-PLG.& Policy) Department, dated 15.05.2025, however, now 4**^ respondent has passed impugned orders transferring the petitioner other than his choice of preferences. Learned counsel submits that petitioner may be permitted to make representation to reconsider the aforesaid transfer in case there are existing vacancies in any of aforesaid stations of his choice. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-ll has placed on record written instructions stating that as petitioner has already stayed for more than five years in the present station, he falls under invariably transfer, therefore, as per the vacancies available, his case has been considered. 3. 4. A glance of Clause 4(i) of the guidelines goes to show that in case employee who stays more than five years, he has to be invariably transferred and such employee is entitled to exercise pi'0ference of stations and as petitioner has already exercised such option and gave three stations as preferences, the respondents are direc|^ed to consider the request of the petitioner in terms of the L 3 CGR, J. W.P.No.14317 of2025 aforesaid choices made in case there are any vacancies available and pass appropriate orders within four weeks. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
