This writ petition has been filed primarily seeking a direction to the respondent No. 1, the District Magistrate, Meerut, to decide the petitioner's Application bearing Case No. 9457 of 2023 [Bank of Baroda Vs. M/s. Hyder Enterprises and Others], under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 pending before the aforesaid respondent, within a stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the State-respondents submits that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application/case. 4. Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Application bearing Case No. 182 of 2024, under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 be decided within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of the order unless there is any legal impediment. 5.
