(1) Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. (2) Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to provide appointment to petitioner as Anganwadi Worker for the center concerned. (3) It has been submitted that earlier petitioner was selected for the said post and in the verification of her Income Certificate, same was found genuine but despite said fact, petitioner is not being provided any joining of appointment. (4) Mr. Diwakar Singh, learned State Counsel has been provided instructions dated 15.10.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which, it has been submitted that during subsequent verification, petitioner's Income Certificate was doubted and same was subsequently cancelled, but no challenge to cancellation order has been made till date. (5) Learned counsel for petitioner, on the basis of instructions, submits that petitioner has not been served with any such cancellation order. (6) Nonetheless, from the instructions, it is evident that petitioner's Income Certificate stood cancelled subsequently which resulted in appointment letter not being issued to her. In case she succeeds in her appeal, opposite parties shall re-visit aspect and may then issue appointment letter to petitioner. (8) With the aforesaid direction(s), petition stands disposed of.
