Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents No.1 & 2, and Shri Prajjwal Harsh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 06.09.2025 bearing No.224 of 2025, under Sections 333, 191(2), 115(2), 351(2) and 352 of B.N.S., 2023, lodged at Police Station Chowk, District Lucknow. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioners and respondent no.3 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 16.09.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to this petition. 4. This Court, vide order dated 25.09.2025, had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 25.09.2025, the Senior Registrar of this Court, vide his report dated 08.10.2025, has verified the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.3. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Tanmay Krishna Srivastava, Ujjwal Maurya Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Prajjwal Harsh, Priyesh Shukla, Saurabh Shukla Mohammad Shariq @ Shariq And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. /Addl. Chief Secy. Home U.P. Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent No.3 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The first information report dated 06.09.2025 bearing No.224 of 2025, under Sections 333, 191(2), 115(2), 351(2) and 352 of B.N.S., 2023, lodged at Police Station Chowk, District Lucknow and its consequential proceedings, are quashed.
