This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Sub-Divisional Officer Bisalpur District Pilibhit/respondent no.3 to record land Khasra No.165 area 78 dismil as Shreni-2 land in the revenue records. ii. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Sub-Divisional Officer Bisalpur District Pilibhit respondent no.3 to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 1.2.2025 (Annexure No.7) to this writ petition." 2. From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, no relief can be granted. 3. In case the petitioner wants that he may be granted bhumidhari with transferable right, he should move an application under Section 75 of the U.P.
