Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. By means of this application preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has prayed for quashing the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.54 of 2023, under Sections 376 and 506 IPC and Section ¾ POCSO Act, Police Station Maholi, District Sitapur as ell as the summoning order dated 26.03.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO Act)/Additional Session Judge, Court No.14, Sitapur. 3. After arguing at some length, counsel for the applicant says that he does not want press this application on merits and submits that applicant is ready to appear before the trial court and move an application for bail, which may be directed to be decided by the trial court at the earliest. 4. It is, therefore, directed that in case the applicant surrenders before the trial court within three weeks from today and prefers bail application, the trial court will decide the said bail application, as expeditiously as possible. The applicant may also move discharge application at the appropriate stage, which will be decided by the court below expeditiously.
