The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bashisthnagar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. No. 1561 of 2022, registered under section 392 of I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in F.I.R and on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended co- accused, the name of the petitioner has come. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents and allegations are made that accused persons made dacoity and one apprehended person who was along with the petitioner, has taken the name of the petitioner. 5. Considering that apprehended co-accused taken the name of the petitioner and there is three criminal antecedents against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
