Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.31 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2A), 238(A) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Manpur, District Sitapur. 3. It is argued that two of the co-accused namely Mohit and Badshah Alam have been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 07.10.2025 and 08.10.2025. 4. Considering the fact that two of the co-accused, who were the main accused, have been enlarged on bail, the applicant who is in custody since 11.04.2025 is also entitled for the bail on the ground of parity more so when the applicant has no criminal history. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Narad Ji @ Ravi be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Jaibind Singh Rathour, Abhitendra Singh, Yogendra Pratap Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
