The present application has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the court concerned to decide Case No.76 of 2025, Shivani Vs. Shivam Tiwari and others, under Sections 223 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sangramgarh, District Pratapgarh within a stipulated period as the case has been pending since 27.01.2025 and the statements under Sections 200 and 202 Cr.P.C. have been recorded, but no order has been passed thereafter. 3. In view of the aforesaid, court concerned is directed to look into the matter and will proceed with the case by passing an appropriate order as required under law. 4.
