Learned counsel for the respondents also placed on record, letter dated 19.11.2024, stating that, the company’s request has been examined in detail and hereby considered the Extension of Time (EOT) for implementation of the project for 2 years from the date of approval of Environmental Clearance. 3. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners and in view of the letter dated 19.11.2024, that the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.17805 of 2023 dated 26.07.2023 is complied with, no further adjudication in this matter is necessary and the contempt case is liable to be closed. 4. In the result, contempt case is closed. No costs. 5.
