In the present writ petition following prayers have been made by the petitioner:- "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Bijnor in Case of (Bank of Baroda vs. Rama Agro Products and others) Under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Asset and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. b. Issue any other order or direction as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case." 3. In the present case, we are of the view that no interference is required by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to once again file an application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Asset and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 before the authority concerned within a period of two weeks from date. In the event such an application is filed within the time stipulated above, the authority concerned is directed to decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the said application after granting an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
