Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing the First Information Report bearing Case Crime No.374 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S. & Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) SC/ST Act, Police Station-Kotwali City, District-Pratapgarh as well as all the further actions pursuant to the F.I.R. 4. At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of instructions sent by Sri Prashant Raj, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Pratapgarh dated 17.10.2025 states that charge-sheet has been filed in the matter. 5. Upon the same being pointed out learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue other remedy as may be available to them under law.
