Case No. 19 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 140(1), 61(2), 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 17(1)(2) of the CLA Act, pending in the court of Sri S. S. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra. On 02.02.2025 between 7 to 8:00 P.M, father of the informant was murdered by named accused persons. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article was recovered on his pointing out. Mr. Shekhar Prasad Gupta, learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Ms. Mohua Palit, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has confessed his guilt. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.
