Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, it would 4. be appropriate to relax the condition imposed at paragraph No.9 of the impugned order. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.3,00,000/- with one surety for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Paderu, instead of the Rs.6,00,000/- amount imposed by the learned Sessions Judge Visakhapatnam.
