The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 112/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 317(5), 274, 275, 318(4), 338, 336(3) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 47(a) of Excise Act, pending in the Court of Shri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Daltonganj, Palamau. 3. On 20.06.2025 at about 4:30 P.M., Chhattarpur police raided the house of the petitioner and seized huge quantity of spurious English liquor. 4. It appears that several cartons, caps and empty bottles were recovered from house of the petitioner which transpires that he iwas also involved in manufacturing of spurious liquor. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6. Petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after four months. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/
