Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representation before concerned authority. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided in the light of judgment rendered in WRIT - A No.- 5617 of 2024 (Dr. Om Prakash Srivastava And Others v. State Of U.P. Thru. Addl.
