The instant petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of HABEAS CORPUS commanding and directing the Opposite Party No. 5 to produce the detenue namely Rajan @ Umang Bajpai & Utkarsh Bajpai, sons of Umesh Bajpai, who are in the illegal detention of the Opposite Party No. 5, before this Hon'ble High Court. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of HABEAS CORPUS commanding and directing the opposite parties to get release the detenues Rajan @ Umang Bajpai & Utkarsh Bajpai from the illegal detention of opposite party no. 5 forthwith, and after recording their statements set them free at their liberty, forthwith." 3. At the very outset, Sri Naveen Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the petitioner says that he does not want to press the instant petition at this stage and it may accordingly be dismissed as not pressed. 4. The aforesaid has not been opposed. 5. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
