Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instruction received from the respondent has submitted that the application for recall of order dated 20.09.2024 has been filed on which notices were issued and the parties including the present applicant have appeared before the respondent and due to the filing of the recall application the name of the applicant has not been entered in the revenue record. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that after filing of the recall application, the name could not be entered and prays for withdrawal of the contempt application as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh at the appropriate stage.
