Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, D.A.G. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.370 of 2024, under Section 109 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Doiwala, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that it is a no injury case; the applicant is not a previous convict. 4. Learned State Counsel admits that the applicant is not a previous convict. She would submit that there have been some cases against the applicant in the past. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
