The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s) : “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire record pertaining to the petitioner's case, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pay salary and suspension allowance to petitioner during suspension period from 24.05.2014 to 05.08.2017 with 18% interest, in the interest of justice. (iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to service of the petitioner to be posted at present place of posting i.e. office of Registrar, Firms and Society, Chhattisgarh Indrawati Bhawan, Block-1, third floor Naya Raipur, District Raipur, in the interest of justice. A departmental inquiry was initiated against the petitioner and during that period, he was placed under suspension. The disciplinary authority/Registrar, Firms and Societies, Chhattisgarh New Raipur vide order dated 05.08.2017, demoted the petitioner from post of Auditor to Assistant Grade-II. It was also observed that the petitioner would not be entitled to get any other benefit except subsistence allowance. 3. In this petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of full salary of suspension period from 24.05.2014 to 05.08.2017 with interest. 4. Earlier WPS No.3290 of 2017 was filed by the petitioner seeking similar relief and that petition was disposed of vide order dated 26.09.2017 and the petitioner was granted liberty to challenge the order passed in a departmental inquiry by way of an appeal. 5. Instead of filing an appeal, the petitioner has filed this petition. 6. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has not challenged the order passed by the disciplinary authority and it attained finality and further earlier petition was also disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to challenge the said order, no case is made out for interference.
