The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 69/115(2)/351(2)(3) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri M. K. Mishra, learned J.M.-XXV, Ranchi. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. The prosecutrix has stated that the petitioner is a married person. Later on, petitioner refused to divorce his wife. Thereafter, this case has been registered. In view of the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M. K. Mishra, learned J.M.-XXV, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
