A copy of order dated 17.07.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in SLP (Civil) Diary No. 27072 of 2025 (State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. vs. Kamla Devi) staying the operation of the impugned order has also been placed on record. 1 CWP No.1961 of 2018 decided on 22.03.2024 along with connected matter. -2- 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits the above position and states that the road in question involved in this petition is the same as the one involved in the aforesaid case of Hari Krishan. Learned counsel submits that in view of the order passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court, these proceedings may be closed at this stage, however, liberty may be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law at an appropriate stage, if necessity so arises in future. 2. Taking note of the above, the present proceedings are closed with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. The notices issued to the respondents stand discharged.
