Heard Sri Devansh Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vinay Kumar Shahi, learned AGA for the State of U.P. as well as perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus thereby commanding the private opposite party nos. 4 to 6, to produce the Detenue/Corpus, namely, Khusbhu before this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the facts of the case which borne out from the record including the FIR in issue i.e. FIR No. 0173/2025 dated 12.09.2025 lodged by Bablu at Police Station- Itaunja, District- Lucknow North (Commissionerate Lucknow), under Section- 87 B.N.S., this Court on 16.10.2025 directed learned AGA to seek instructions in the matter. 4. Today, when the case was called out, Sri Vinay Kumar Shahi, learned AGA, based upon the instructions received duly signed by the Investigating Officer (in short "IO"), Police Station- Itaunja, District- Lucknow, a copy of which placed before this Court today and is taken on record, stated that the alleged detenue namely Khushbu (daughter of the petitioner/Bablu S/o Ameer Ali R/o Ward No. 6, Kesar Mau Kala, Nagar Panchayat Mahona, Ahmedpur Khera, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh- 227205) has solemnized marriage with the opposite party No. 6/Shabaaz Qureshi S/o Sharif Qureshi (opposite party No. 4 herein) and thereafter has approached this Court by means of Writ Petition No. 9834/2025 seeking protection and as such, no indulgence of this Court is required in the matter. 5. The facts aforesaid have not been disputed by Sri Devansh Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner except regarding Writ Petition No. 9834/2025 indicated in the instructions placed before this Court today Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Devansh Singh Chauhan Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Khushbu Thru. Her Guardian Father Bablu .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) and in this regard he stated that the correct number of writ petition is Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 9802/2025, which is listed today itself. 6. Taking note of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to accede the main prayer sought in this petition, quoted above. The instant petition is accordingly consigned to record.
