HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 12068 of 2025 Court No. - 18 HON'BLE SHREE PRAKASH SINGH, J. On the last occasion, i.e., 14.10.2025, it has been pointed out that the present petition has been filed on the same set of relief as prayed in Writ-A No.4360 of 2013, therefore, this Court passed following order on 14.10.2025:-
"i. Issue Writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the oppo. parties to ensure the payment of 6 years interest on GPF within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii. Issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding oppo. party no.1 to sanction the 6 years interest on GPF and oppo. party no 2 may be directed to pay the same with interest of 8% per annum." From perusal of Writ-A No.4360 of 2013, it is apparent that the relief sought in the writ petition is similar to that of the present writ petition. It seems that the petitioner has concealed materials before the counsel who is presenting her case before this Court. This practice is highly deprecated. The petitioner is warned to repeat such action, in future. The writ petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Consigned to the records.
