DINESH KUMAR Versus THE STATE OF HP AND ANOTHER CWP-9447 of 2024 07.07.2025 Present: Mr. Devender K. Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Rajan Kahol and Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocates General, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for State. While placing on record communication dated 07.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, learned Additional Advocate General states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands duly complied with. He states that pursuant to directions contained in the orders, sought to be complied with, respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.2004 of 2017, titled as Taj Mohammad Vs. State of H.P. and Others, have disposed of the representation of the petitioner. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as office order dated 25.02.2025, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. Since there was only direction to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner and respondents by way of order dated 25.02.2025 have considered and rejected the same, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same are closed, however,
liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to order dated 25.02.2025 passed in purported compliance of judgment, sought to be executed, if so advised. July 07, 2025
