PUBLIC PROSECUTOR 2 The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is a bonafide purchaser of the Villa bearing No.8. It is submitted that initial transaction between the petitioner and the builder started in the year 2021. The Villa was registered on 30.08.2023. It is submitted that the petitioners are now arrayed as accused Nos.4 and 5. It is submitted that there is a financial dispute between the 1st accused and the de-facto complainant. The de-facto complainant claims to have some understanding with the 1st accused for purchase of the said villa. It is further submitted that there was a suit filed by the financer against the 1st accused and the petitioners. The ex-parte injunction was granted on 07.08.2023. It is further submitted that the petitioners were not made parties to the suit and they are unaware of the injunction granted and got the sale deed executed on 30.08.2023. However, the petitioners are now arrayed as accused alleging various offences. 3. Considering the submissions, the Station House Officer, Gunadala Police Station, NTR Commissionerate, is directed to complete the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner herein. This would not preclude the Investigation Officer from filing final report/charge sheet after investigation. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 3 5.
