Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents No.1 to 3, and Shri Manoj Kumar Nishad, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 10.02.2025 bearing No.65 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 92 of B.N.S., 2023, lodged at Police Station Bhinga, District Shrawasti. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioners and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 15.04.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition. 4. This Court, vide order dated 06.10.2025, had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 06.10.2025, the Senior Registrar of this Court, vide his report dated 15.10.2025, has verified the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.4. aVersus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashutosh Mishra, Anand Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Manoj Kumar Nishad, Pradeep Kumar Shukla Prema Devi ( In Fir Ramesh Ki Patni ) And 3 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent No.4 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The first information report dated 10.02.2025 bearing No.65 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 92 of B.N.S., 2023, lodged at Police Station Bhinga, District Shrawasti and its consequential proceedings, are quashed.
