Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P. for the State respondent. 2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Tapash Mandal praying for regular bail in connection with Patacharkuchi P.S. Case No. 155/2025 registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)B NDPS Act, 1985. 3. The accused person is stated to be arrested on 12.08.2025 and forwarded for remand on the same day. 4. The learned Addl. P.P. has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed. In the meantime, the accused having completed the applicable statutory period of 60 days has become entitled to default bail. 5. Accordingly, the accused/petitioner herein is allowed to go on bail of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Special Judge, Bajali and subject to the following conditions that:- (i) That the accused shall be available for the trial; (ii) That the accused shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence; (iii) That the accused shall not indulge in any illegal activities or offences. 6.
