HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CIVIL MISC REVIEW APPLICATION No. - 132 of 2025 Court No. - 2 HON'BLE MRS. SANGEETA CHANDRA, J. HON'BLE BRIJ RAJ SINGH, J. 1. This Review Application has been filed praying for review of our order dated 26.09.2025. 2. We have gone through the order dated 26.09.2025 where this Court had recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the Respondent no.4 that the petitioner had prayed for quashing of order of cancellation of Society dated 14.09.2005 after 20 years and in the writ petition there was no document filed indicating whether any elections were held in the past 20 years as according to the Bye-laws elections to the Committee of Management of the Society should have been held every 5 years. The Court had recorded the submission of the counsel for the Respondent no.4 that necessary pleadings in regard to elections held in the meantime every 5 years by the Society were not taken, therefore, it should be presumed that cancellation of registration in the year 2005 did not come within the knowledge of the Society and it continued to function uninterrupted till 2025. 3. The counsel for the petitioner while arguing the Review Application has stated that the petitioner continued to represent to the Respondents for allotment of plot of 5 acres for the Members of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ved Prakash Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : C.S.C. Parvana Sahkari Samiti Limited Thru. President Rs Upadhyay .....Applicant(s) The Chairman U.P. Sahkari Awas Sangh Limited Lko. And 3 Others .....Opposite Party(s) the Cooperative Housing Society i.e. Parvana Sahkari Samiti Limited and it was never informed that the registration of the Society had been cancelled in 2005. 4. Mere repeated Representations to the Authorities for allotment of plot of 5 acres for Members of the Cooperative Housing Society would not explain the delay and approaching this Court after 20 years of passing of the order of cancellation of registration of Society. 5. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the record. 6. Hence, this Review Application is rejected. October 28, 2025 N.PAL CMRA No. 132 of 2025 2 (Brij Raj Singh,J.)
