The petitioners are challenging the registration of Crime No.143 of 2023 and subsequent charge sheet filed by the Police which was taken on file as C.C.No.3995 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class Special Mobile Court, Guntur, for the alleged offence under Section 323, 506, 509 r/w 34 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are falsely implicated and that petitioner Nos.4 and 5 are completely unconnected, but have been roped in by the 2nd respondent. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the alleged offence took place at Domestic Violence Counseling Office, Nagarampalem, Guntur, when the petitioners were called for counseling. 4. Considering the submissions and after perusal of the record, witnesses have spoken about the alleged incident and these issues would have to be dealt by the trial Court when the matter is taken up for trial. 5.
