Heard Mr. Krishna Kumar Khatri, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer for respondents No.1 & 2 / State. 2. The petitioners has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “ अतःप्रार्थना है कि माानीय न्यायालय इस याचिा ो स्वीार रने ी ृ पा रते हुए न्यायाकिहत मे एफ.आई. आर संख्या- 01/2025, कि%नां-15/01/2025, और %ाण्डि() प्ररण मां- 259/2025, बी.एन.एन.एस. ी धारा-85,3 (5) े आरोप संबधी आ%ेश एंव आरोप पत्र रद्द रने ी आ%ेश %ेने ी असीम ृ पा ” रे। 3. On a pointed query being made to the learned counsel for the petitioners as to why he has not mentioned and challenged the order taking cognizance, he could not give any satisfactory answer to the same. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Multi-Disabled Home, Main Road, Bagbahra, District- Mahasamund (C.G.). 3 6.
