Heard Sri Prashant Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashish Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged validity of an order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow in S.A. No. 213/2025 whereby the Tribunal has fixed the next date in the matter as 06.01.2026. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought a direction for expeditious disposal of the matter. 4. The Debts Recovery Tribunal has mentioned in the order dated 12.09.2025 itself that in case of urgency, parties will be at liberty to file urgency application when occasion arises. 5. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the matter without filing any urgency application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 6. In these circumstances, there is no good ground to issue any direction in the instant petition. 7.
