Learned AGA, on the basis of averments made in the counter affidavit filed today, which is taken on record, submits that charge-sheet dated 02.12.2023 against respondent no.3 has been submitted in the Court on 04.12.2023. However, in regard to the remaining accused, investigation proceeded and concluded dropping the names of respondents no. 4 to 8, therefore, this petition has become infrucutous. 6.
