HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6170 of 2025 Court No. - 17 HON'BLE SUBHASH VIDYARTHI, J. 1. Heard Shri Atul Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vikas Rai, the learned State Counsel. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to State Public Services Tribunal for deciding Claim Petition No.2542 of 2024 expeditiously. 3. Some of the orders annexed with the petition indicate that hearing in the Tribunal could not take place due to paucity of time. It is a matter of common knowledge that the State Public Service Tribunal is facing shortage of members and, therefore, numerous old matters are also not being taken up. 4. In these circumstances, there is no justification for issuing a direction for expeditious disposal of the Claim Petition filed on 03.12.2024. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed at this stage. October 16, 2025 -Amit K- Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Atul Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. (Subhash Vidyarthi,J.)
