Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.77 of 2020 under section 316 IPC, P.S. Jarval Road, District Bahraich. 3. It is argued by the counsel for the applicant that the applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 11.01.2024 under sections 498-A, 304 B IPC and Section 3/4 DP Act, subsequently section 316 IPC was added. 4. Considering the fact that the applicant is on bail in other sections of the IPC in the FIR in question, he is entitled for the bail in the newly added section also. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Ibne Hasan be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings. (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Mohd.
