Galib Mr. Kapil Guha …for the State. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation made on 22.03.2023 with the Officer- in-charge, Nabagram Police Station was not acted upon and the petitioner has been facing inconveniences. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities have conducted an enquiry and it was found that the plots which have been referred to are under Bichhuti, PS Nabagram. Be that as it may, the stage at which the petitioner approached this court because of the inaction of the police authorities was because of the reason that the private respondents had been flexing their muscles and political power by resorting to creating tension in the locale. If the same situation so persists petitioner would submit a fresh 2 representation to the Officer-in-charge, Nabagram Police Station who will take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 8867 of 2023 is disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
