Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for following relief(s):- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opp. parties to make payment of petitioner post retiral benefits like pension, gratuity, fund, bonus and remaining salary from- 15/07/2009 to 11/02/2010, 20/01/2011 to 25/04/2013, 22/12/2015 to 23/05/2016, 09/07/2019, 31/05/2025 along with 18% interest till date payment is to be paid to the petitioner fore with in order to meet the ends of justice." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.4 i.e., Superintendent of Police, Railway, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid benefits, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter.
