1. This is an ofÏce reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 06.11.2023, passed in MCRC No. 6671 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Naresh Kashyap, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the
order, if there was no legal impediment.

4. The learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Janjgir District- Janjgir - Champa (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 17.04.2025 has requested for grant of four months time for concluding the trial.
5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in this case, statements of 10 important prosecution witnesses have been recorded and statements of 05 important witnesses are yet to be recorded. Considering the number of witnesses, it is likely to take some time for concluding the trial.
6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
8. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
