Heard Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to authority concerned for payment of minimum of regular pay-scale of Rs.18,000/- per month to petitioner on a Class IV post in terms of judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Sabha Shankar Dube v. Divisional Forest Officer reported in 2019(12) SCC 297: AIR 2019 SC 220. 3. It has been submitted that aforesaid benefits have already been provided to similarly situated persons such as one Jagpal, petitioner of WRIT - A No. - 12116 of 2025 and Ram Prakash, petitioner of WRIT - A No. - 12119 of 2025 and therefore petitioner is also entitled for the same. 4. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Divisional Director, Social Forestry Division, Hardoi. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order in the light of benefits already granted to similarly situated persons.
