JUSTICE KARDAK ETE 26.05.2025 (Vijay Bishnoi, CJ) Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that for the purpose of construction of Road Under Bridge (RUB) as prayed for in this PIL petition, the tender proceedings have already been finalized and M/s Keshab Purkayastha- Lumding is awarded tender for construction of the said RUB and the time limit for the completion of the said construction is given as 8 (eight) months. A letter of acceptance dated 22.04.2025 is placed on record. In view of the fact that the tender for construction of the RUB in question, has already granted, we are of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this PIL petition.
