Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 30.06.2025 so far as it issues a direction for fresh advertisement for recruitment on the post of Anganwadi Worker. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of fact that the selected person's appointment was cancelled, petitioner would have a right to be considered for recruitment on the said post. 4. Ms. Deepshikha, learned Chief Standing Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 09.10.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which it is submitted that petitioner's candidature also has been rejected vide order dated 09.10.2025, a copy of which has been supplied to learned counsel petitioner, on ground that there was difference in the marks obtained by petitioner and those submitted by her. 5. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in order to effect challenge to the said order. 6. Considering aforesaid facts, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh.
