Salman, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.296 of 2024, under Section 302, 201, 34, 354(A), 506 IPC, Section 9G/10 of POCSO Act, Section 5/27 of Arms Act & Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha), 3(1)(ba), 3(2)(v) & 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Antu, District Pratapgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that co-accused with similar allegation have been enlarged on bail. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name appeared in the statement of the co-accused. The application has no criminal antecedent. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Ashfaq Ali @ Gorey Lal be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Kartikay Singh, Mohd.
