Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate alongwith Mr. Sharvi Dadwal, Advocate for HSVP- respondents. **** SUDHIR SINGH J .(Oral) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the possession of the residential plot allotted to the petitioner vide allotment letter dated 22.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) under oustee policy and further directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-3). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-3) to the GAURAV SOROT 2025.05.06 17:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-3100-2025 -:2:- competent authority for redressal of its grievances, but no action has been taken thereon till date. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the respondent authorities are directed to deal with its concerns/grievances and pass appropriate order on the said representation. 3. Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate appears on behalf of respondent-HSVP and submits that the said representation shall be considered and decided by the competent authority, in accordance with law. 4. Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 (competent authority), to look into the pending representation dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and pass an appropriate reasoned order thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order. 5.
