The delay in filing the present restoration application is condoned. Heard on application under Order 41 Rule 19 r/w Section 151 of C.P.C. for recalling the per-emptory order dated 20.07.2017 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as the subsequent order dated 16.11.2017 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court whereby the appeal was dismissed for non- prosecution. For the reasons stated and grounds mentioned in the application, the present restoration application is allowed. The order dated 20.07.2017 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as the subsequent order dated 16.11.2017 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court are hereby recalled. S.B.
