This application has been filed u/s 528 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of NDPS Case No. 201/2023 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge No. 2, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati. 3. The petitioners Hasina Begum & Md. Rafique Hussain alias Babu have been shown as absconders in the charge-sheet. The Trial Court issued summons against them. 4. Under the given circumstances, both the petitioners are directed to appear before the Trial Court on 25.11.2025 and the learned Trial Court shall consider their bail application in accordance with the procedures as laid down by law. 5.
