The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of ACJM, Kunda, District Pratapgarh to decide the Case No. 616/2023 case name "Jyoti Ojha vs. Shubham Tiwari and others" under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005, in the interest of jsutice, expeditiously as early as possible. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2023 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the wife and it is a matrimonial dispute. He prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
