Case of the prosecution in brief, isthat, on 21.10.2024 at6.00 pm, on G.D.Nellore Palasamudram Road, near AmbodarapalII' Cross, Abbas colony, G.D.Nellore Panchayat and Mandal, Chittoor Dist, while the informant, being the driver of Eco Sport car bearing registration No. AP 05 DE 1245, was moving along with K.Jagannadharm, accused 1 to 5 and some others followed them in three cars, and wrongfully restrained K.Jagannadham's car. The accused pulled the informant and Jagannadam from the car, Jeff the informant on the road, kidnapped K.Jagannadam due to financI-al tranSaCtI'OnS Of JCBs. Basing on the statement of the victim, the crime was registered and investigated into. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petl'tioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-state. perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the court may Pass appropriate Orders. 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that, the accused is alleged to have followed the car driven by the informant to certain extent in car, o.vertook their car, stopped their car, took away of Jagannadham, who was sitting in front seat of the car, in their car. `=-.i I +I As per the case of the prosecution, the entire case rests on the confessional statement of co-accused. Even in the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing l'ncriminatI'ng found against the petitioner herein. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of an{icipatory bail. 7. AccordI-ngly, in the event of his arrest with regard to this crime, petI'tiOner/accused Shall be released on bai'I on his executIIng a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitI'Oner Shall make himself available for investigation as and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses.
