Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received two show cause notices with regard to surrender of his passports and explanation with regard to obtaining of passports by way of suppression of material facts. The petitioner wishes to surrender all his passports. 3. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to go to the Office of the Regional Passport Officer, Lucknow i.e. respondent no.2 on 27.10.2025 at 11:00am. and surrender his passports before the Regional Passport Officer. 4. The Regional Passport Officer is also directed to take said passports and explanation submitted by the petitioner, if any. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
