Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.0259 of 2024 under section 80(2), 85 BNS and section 3/4 DP Act, P.S. Chhapiya, District Gonda. 3. It is argued that the co-accused who is the mother in law was enlarged on bail vide order dated 07.07.2025. 4. Considering the reasoning as recorded in para 3 of the order dated 07.07.2025, the applicant who is the husband is also entitled for the bail on the ground of parity. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5.
