The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 18.10.2022 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No. 9211 of 2022. It has been pleaded in the affidavit that the opposite party has constructed a boundary wall changing the status quo prevailing at the spot at the time of passing the order. The issues raised in the present contempt application are disputed questions of facts which cannot be decided on affidavit evidence, therefore, it is not a fit case to register proceedings under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
